Partnership with the Peking to Paris Motor Challenge

For a number of years Frédérique Constant has been involved in the world of motor sport, with particular focus on vintage car rallies.

In 2016, the brand decided to associate its image with that of the legendary Peking to Paris Motor Challenge, becoming the event’s exclusive sponsor and official timekeeper. The Peking to Paris Motor Challenge is the contemporary version of a legendary race that took place in 1907.

The 2016 edition remains faithful to the original route. The 109 competitors and their vintage vehicles will undertake a journey of 13,000 km over 35 days.
Over the course of the race, drivers must pass through the Gobi desert and Mongolia before crossing Russia. They will then take the roads of Belarus and Poland before completing their trek through Eastern Europe. The starting signal was given on 12 June at the Great Wall outside Beijing, and the challenge will end in the Place Vendôme in Paris on 17 July.
