For this seventh edition of Les Voiles de St Barth, no fewer than 21 different courses were proposed for nine classes of boat ranging in size from 24 to 100 feet.
1,100 crew members, 70 sailboats, 4 days of races… the 2016 edition of this famous West Indian regatta came to an end on 16 April with a victory for Proteus, the 72-foot American maxi-yacht.
Once again this year, the event more than lived up to expectations. The most prestigious crews in the world gathered at Gustavia Bay to compete on an exceptional expanse of tropical water. The principal partner of this competition Richard Mille presented the winning team with an RM 60-01 Chronograph Flyback Regatta.
