On 28 May this year, the Jura firm inaugurated the extension of its new 1,550 square metre premises dedicated entirely to watchmaking. The investment totalled 4 million francs for the new building, with a further 3 million set aside for new machines over a period of four years.
Located in Vicques, Décovi is a regular choice among major Swiss luxury watchmakers for the production, engraving and decoration of oscillating weights. A specialist since 1947 in high-end profile-turning of complex parts, the company has 75 employees. Its sectors of activity include aeronautics, aerospace, switchgear, profile-turning, watchmaking, medical and dental industries, and micro-motors. The firm is part of the Acrotec group, a leading Swiss subcontractor for the watch industry and micro-engineering generally.
