From 6 to 13 August, TAG Heuer was the official partner of the International Alpine Film Festival at Les Diablerets (FIFAD). This 47th edition of the event featured productions in which the characters all share a passion for the mountains.
Supported by the firm based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the short film entitled “The Patrouille des Glaciers on Chinese time”, signed by Swiss photographer and director David Carlier, was selected by the FIFAD jury to compete in the “Cultures of the World” category. This film recounts the adventure of the Chinese Alpine ski team which took part in the 2016 Glacier Patrol event.
Festival goers also had an opportunity to experience in enhanced reality a film by Géraldine Fasnacht, wingsuit pilot, freeride champion, many times winner of the Xtreme de Verbier an TAG Heuer ambassadress. Organized in partnership with the Lionel Meylan label, the brand’s pop-up boutique invited visitors to immerse themselves in the watch manufacturing company’s universe.
