Jaquet Droz partner of Béjart Ballet Lausanne

Having collaborated with Béjart Ballet Lausanne (BBL) since 2013, Jaquet Droz renews its commitment to the world of the arts.

From 7 to 12 June, the two partners presented a brand new show at the Théâtre de Beaulieu, comprising four choreographies by four different artists.

The evening began with "Corps-circuit" by Julio Arozarena, the choreographer of the Lausanne-based dance company, which explores the language of the body, be it visible or invisible. BBL director Gil Roman then gave carte blanche to the Italian choreographer Giorgio Madia, who performed the newly created ballet "Swan Song". The dancers then transported the audience to the fascinating world of “Anima Blues” and Maurice Ravel’s emblematic "Bolero".
