News In January 2016, Nicolas Sestito joined Graff Luxury Watches as joint Chief Executive Officer, reporting directly to Francois Graff.
Nicolas Sestito has a wealth of watchmaking experience, including design, development and manufacturing - and is also an accomplished master craftsmen, specialising in complicated movements.
He studied at the Technical School of Valley de Joux (Switzerland) where he achieved distinction in its watch engineering programme and also holds an MBA from HES Lausanne. During the course of his 28 year career, he established himself as an experienced leader and business builder, while honing a range of skills from operations to strategic planning, marketing, communications and finance.
In his new management role at Graff, he is tasked with product development, operations management and ensuring high standards of global sales service and after-sales care at Graff’s global store network.
