News After more than forty years at the head of Lécureux, Moritz Messer has placed his lifetime’s work in the hands of the firm Meyco, based in Port. The two entities have collaborated for a number of years and the transfer of power had been planned for some time.
Moritz Messer remains Chairman of the Board of Directors however, and will offer his services to the firm as a consultant.
On 1st June this year, management of Lécureux was transferred to Daniel Affolter, an employee of long standing. Since 2006 he has occupied several posts within the firm, in particular that of «right hand man» to Moritz Messer. His new task will consist in leading the firm in its existing form, implementing new ideas based on innovative technologies, and strengthening and developing the company on the automation market.
